Every transport company we've worked with runs two systems.
The first is the one they paid for: the FMS, the TMS, the telematics, the software that's supposed to run the operation.
The second was never bought. It's the spreadsheets, the WhatsApp threads, the workarounds and the tribal knowledge that keep everything moving.
For a long time, that was simply the reality of fleet software.
Now, it doesn't have to be.

02 · A vision
Fleet software has spent twenty years getting better at watching your trucks. We don't think that's where the next twenty go.
The next twenty are about software that understands the operation it's running, and acts on it, under your command, before you'd have had to.
Some of that work will still be done by people. Some of it, increasingly, by AI colleagues: tireless, fast, and never allowed to act without your say-so.
We're building toward that. Today, we're just getting started.

Hjalmar Van Raemdonck and Christophe De Mulder spent the last decade building and scaling software for European fleets, growing a major platform and architecting systems handling massive volumes of live vehicle connections. They've seen this gap from the inside. Now they're closing it.

We're building this the right way.
VIBOR is operating in stealth. There's real work ahead, and we're taking the time to build, validate and test it properly, because when software becomes part of a fleet's daily operation, it has to work the first time.
